Today's weather was absolutely perfect for me! I love days that look gloomy and grey. They are probably the most beautiful of days in my opinion. Not only do gloomy days make for a beautiful backdrop in fashion blog posts but I honestly think they're the best days for our artistic side. Colors are brighter, activities seem more adventurous, and the whole vibe is just a
little bit more positive in a way.
I decided to wear this floral skirt I bought from Forever 21 in the sale section. Now, I don't care if you think wearing F21 is "lame" or not stylish. How is it not? Because it's overrated? I think that's bullshit. I find clothes anywhere, incorporate them together and turn it into something beautiful. I bring this up because a lot of the items, not only in this blog but also in my closet are from that store. I honestly don't care because 1. it was cheap and 2. I still look good. *hair flip.
Now, back to my outfit. I decided to pair a graphic t with this feminine skirt. I love 90's grunge and I think that comes out a little in this outfit. Can you get more 90's grunge than Kurt Cobain? Didn't think so. The faux leather in both my jacket and boots bring out another layer of edginess that I absolutely adore! Now of course this look wouldn't be complete without my black hat and sheer tights.
